Worth Checking for Teachers is a free, no-account tool that helps teachers find grants, credits, and reimbursements they may be missing. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.
If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymous usage data: device type, browser, pages visited, and time spent. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information. IP addresses are anonymised before being processed by Google.
If you decline, no analytics data is collected. The tool still works fully.
Your intake answers (country, province, grade level, etc.) are processed entirely in your browser and are never sent to a server. They are stored in your browser's local storage so your results are available if you return to the page. No intake data leaves your device.
We use one cookie to remember your consent choice (wc_consent). If you accept analytics, Google Analytics may set additional cookies to distinguish sessions. You can clear all cookies at any time in your browser settings.
